A license renewal may force a platform decision. A workload may need to move, or a technical role may need filling. Start with the problem in front of you, and we’ll discuss the scope.
Work starts with scoping. It might be a focused work package or a broader modernization plan. Before anything is agreed, we confirm the requirements, the access needed and who will do the work.
A server, storage or network change can affect systems that are supposed to stay online. Start by identifying what depends on the equipment, then plan the order of changes, testing and handover around those dependencies.
Moving a workload is one step. Afterward, accounts still need administration, systems need monitoring and backups need a recovery plan. We can discuss both the migration and the ongoing work when defining the scope.
Many access problems start with accounts nobody has reviewed and devices nobody is tracking. We help you define who can reach which systems, from where and with what privileges, including the access rules for anyone doing remote infrastructure work.
Sometimes the gap is a person, not a project. First we write down the role, the skills, the hours of coverage and whether the work is onsite or remote. Then we talk honestly about how it can be filled, for one project or for ongoing systems support.
Start with the process that slows your team down: data typed in twice, a manual approval or a spreadsheet everyone relies on. We scope the application, integration or automation around the people who will use it, including what data it can reach and where a person should still check the result.

Our record includes public-sector hardware, maintenance and network contracts. Work like that goes beyond the equipment: what depends on it, who needs access and what the next team will need to support it. Bring us the requirement and the deadline; we’ll discuss the scope and whether it fits.
Start with what is running, what needs to change and what cannot be interrupted. A network refresh or migration depends on the systems around it, so the scope should account for dependencies, access and recovery before equipment is ordered or work begins.
A good scope makes responsibilities visible. For a project or a subcontract, we define the people and skills needed, where the work happens, access requirements, milestones and how the work will be accepted.
A change is only useful if the people who take over can operate it. We discuss documentation, handover and support as part of the project scope, including who owns each responsibility after the work is complete.
For a work package inside a solicitation, start by identifying the relevant scope, the deadline, personnel requirements and the documentation the buyer requires. The project planner can help organize those details.
